What happens during a treatment?
Each session begins with a brief consultation where the client shares their specific needs. This allows the practitioner to evaluate the person's overall state of well-being and tailor a personalized path.
Anma, Anpuku, Shiatsu, Kenbiki, Reiki and Foot Reflexology sessions last between 30 and 90 minutes, tailored to the receiver's specific needs.
Anma, Anpuku and Shiatsu are traditionally practiced on a futon (the traditional Japanese cotton mat placed on the floor), a comfortable positioning that allows for complete surrender and deep relaxation. If lying on the floor is not possible, these techniques can easily be adapted to a seated position or a massage table.
Kenbiki, Reiki and Foot Reflexology, on the other hand, are performed directly on a massage table.
It is recommended to wear loose, comfortable clothing, which is ideal for allowing the smooth execution of pressures and stretching, thereby guiding the client into a state of deep relaxation and heightened self-awareness.
At the end of the treatment, the client can remain lying down for a few minutes to enjoy the beneficial effects of the session and allow the vital energy to continue flowing freely.
